Sojourn Shelter & Services, Inc. is located at 1800 Westchester Boulevard, Springfield, IL
Our facility has a paved parking lot with direct access into our building on the same level so the public has direct access no matter the mode of transport (wheelchair accessible)
SMTD has a bus stop located directly in front of our building with just a short walk to the front door
All our offices are located on the first floor, ground-level
We have a TTY phone line available for the hearing impaired and staff are trained in the use of Google Translate. Human language translators available upon request
The accommodations are fully accessible by stairs or elevator
